Recover Wireless Password from Windows 7

Near the clock there is a network icon. By default it is a wireless strength indicator. Click this icon.

In the new panel that opens at the bottom click the “Open Network and Sharing Center” link.

A new window will open. In the left hand panel click the “Manage Wireless Networks” link.

A new window will open. This will list all the networks you have previously connected to. Find the network you wish to know the password of in the list then left click it to select it. Once selected right click, a menu will open. Click Properties.

In the new window change to the security tab.

Check the “Show Characters” checkbox. The password will then be shown in the “Network Security Key” field. You should now be able to connect to your Wifi using this password
